Isla de flores - Ragu de cordero






That was the main dish i had. Slices of delicious lamb served with a mix of chorizo and calamari and their sauce. Audacious but very sucessfull mix ! That's another good lesson. Never be afraid of mixing flavours, ingredients that might appear not to be really compatible on the paper. Think wild !
